From a reconnection to an expansion

Passionate about humans, the discovery of new cultures, communication and personal development, I have always wanted to engage in various projects related to my interests, both at the personal and professional levels. Sometimes Consultant, sometimes Life Coach, I am trying to take into account all of the parts of me in order to create a life that is aligned with who I am, while adding my part to society!

The first step of this path was to reconnect with myself, exploring not only my flaws, wounds and beliefs in order to free myself from them, but also my needs in order to realign myself with who I really am and my life mission, my ikigai.
One of my passions is to pass on and use everything I've learned in connection with personal development to help people reconnect with who they are. If everyone could find their place and be more fulfilled, I think we could live in a much more harmonious world!

My story, my passions and my education journey

From an interest to a guidance

I have always had a great interest in psychology and spirituality, asking myself many questions about myself and my functioning, the world, our existence and human relationships. Moreover, like many people, I am trying to find balance with myself and my loved ones on a daily basis and to live a life in accordance with my values.

Thus, after being immersed for several years in personal development and having done much work on myself by experimenting different types of therapies, I trained in life coaching, emotional freedom techniques and in energy healing. Wishing to help the individuals looking for more serenity and to pass on to them what I learned, it is with passion that I guide my clients towards a reconnection to themselves and a well-being with themselves and in their relationships. Nevertheless, I keep training and work on myself in order to keep learning to always question myself for me and my clients.

My story and my journey

Originally from Verviers in the province of Liège in Belgium, I have always had a thirst for adventure, travel, sharing and discoveries of all kinds. After a one-year experience as an exchange student in the United States in 2008, I studied Languages and Letters, Pedagogy and Communication at the University of Liège until 2016.
I also volunteered for various student organizations. For instance, I took care of the integration of international students in the city by organizing all types of events and trips. Finally, I had the chance to live 6 months in Spain as part of my university course.

In 2017, it was only natural that I left to live in Brussels, as I needed to live in an international environment, where so many encounters, activities and discoveries are possible. After working for a few months in education, I continued my career in project management, communication, facilitation and coaching in the non-profit sector. During all these years, travel has also always been present in my life, always with the aim of learning and discovering new cultures and people.

In 2019, after a professional, relational and existential questioning, I decided to quit my job, to travel and to change my life. It was in India and Nepal that I left for a little less than 2 months to discover other ways of life, yoga and its philosophy as well as meditation. As with every experience, I learned a lot and had the chance to experience different things such as community living in an ashram. Back in Brussels, I naturally trained in Life Coaching by completing two training courses until the end of 2019, before finding a job as a Volunteer Coach and Campaign Officer for an international association.

Finally, in March 2021, I made the decision to redirect my career in new missions and to continue to train myself to guide people in their well-being. Thus, I completed an 18-months training in Energy Healing and Emotional Freedom Techniques. I also trained to engage in volunteering in palliative care and I did a replacement as a guidance agent to help job seekers in their professional reconstruction before I fully engaged myself in the implementation of my current projects as a corporate Consultant and Life Coach. During this transition period, I also had the chance to begin to familiarize myself with the philosophy of chamanism and to learn the meditation technique "Vipassana" by performing a 10-day silent retreat. Enriching experiences that are far from being the last on my path and I hope to be able to pass on the wisdom and learning of these to my future clients and readers!

Learning the Vipassana meditation technique (10-days residential courses)

Vipassana means “to see things as they really are”; it is an Art of living. It is one of the oldest mindfulness meditation techniques. Coming from India and practiced throughout the world, it was rediscovered and transmitted by Gotama the Buddha more than 2500 years ago and by MSN Goenka from 1969. It can be considered as a universal remedy for universal ills and the aim is the total eradication of mental impurities and to reach happiness through liberation. Vipassana is a method of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between the mind and body. This non-sectarian technique is taught in 10-days residential courses around the world.

8 days of training in active listening and in palliative care support (for people at the end of life)

Two training courses in Life Coaching between July and November 2019 (66 hours of theory: basic and advanced level)
Thanks to these two trainings, I was trained in active listening, coaching techniques, NLP and transactional analysis and I learned to put them into practice in order to be able to guide individuals to flourish in multiple areas of their lives.

A life coach accompanies people to enable them to blossom and achieve their professional, relational or personal goals when they go through a challenge and they need to be guided. He will not advise them but help them to reconnect with themselves in order to find their own solutions.

Intensive courses of yoga and its philosophy in an ashram (community life around a common philosophy)

Discovery of the "4 ways of yoga" through 5 fundamental principles: correct exercise (Asana), correct breathing (Pranayama), relaxation (Savasana), a correct way of eating (this type of yoga encourages vegetarianism) , a positive way of thinking and the practice of meditation (Vedanta and Dhyana).

International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers is a worldwide non-profit organization which was founded in 1957 by Swami Vishnudevananda and named in honor of his teacher HH Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati Maharaj.

10 Days at Amritapuri Ashram (/Amma's Ashram): discovery of the philosophy of Amma (Spiritual contemporary figure of India and founder of the NGO "Embracing The World"), of community life in an ashram (selfless service, meditation...) and spiritual practices from elsewhere (Vedic astrology, Ayurvedic medicine, etc.).

My skills and experiences have been enriched with many readings, meetings, travels, workshops, trainings and events related to personal development and spirituality.
